Queen Boo is King Boo's wife. She first appeared in Luigi's Mantion 2.5 on the Wii U. She is much kinder then her hubby, but if you mess with her crown, you'll be sorry. To get her to show her heart, you need to suck up a pic of King Boo, shoot it out at her, and then she'll say, "Oh, he is ever so handsome..." then she'll show her heart and POOF!! gone. She is the third to last boss, second is Prince Boo
